Swantex was established in 1952, the first waterproof manufacturing concern in Bangladesh.
Our products included canvas tarpaulins, tents, rain coats, camping and surveying support equipment such as shamianas, camp beds, camp chairs etc.
We have branched into dyeing and finishing catering to the value end of the market.
In addition, our current range of products include awnings, safety helmets, life-jackets, wellington boots (gumboots), high visibility clothing etc.
Our head office is in Motijheel Commercial Area, where we have good quality rental space in the heart of the commercial which is becoming very attractive with the advent of metro-rail and completion of the Padma bridge with more interests in the area due to improved communication. We expect the area to be rejuvenated soon.
We are always developing new products, improving and widening our services and looking for ways to serve our loyal customers beyond their expectations and to the best of our ability.
